How the request works
- Send a request. Email from the address registered to your MvG account where possible. Include your display name, platform and the action you want. Do not send passwords, session tickets, entity tokens or government identity documents.
- Verify and confirm. We check control of the registered account through a separate verification step. A display name or player ID alone is insufficient. We explain linked accounts and any other affected game titles, then confirm the scope with you before deletion.
- Review and follow up. We track the request, the provider’s asynchronous job and independent MvG records. We notify you of the outcome and explain any applicable retention exception. Sending or queueing a request does not mean it is complete.
What deletion covers
The request covers the MvG account and associated PlayFab account data, including linked game credentials, collection, inventory, balances, statistics and social links, together with separately held MvG decks, social records, match/reward records and support data as applicable.
PlayFab master-account deletion can affect multiple titles under a publisher; we check that scope first. It does not delete your Steam or Google account. Signing out, uninstalling, suspension and beta progress wipes are separate actions.
Information that may need to remain
We review independent logs, backups and archives separately. Specific legal, dispute or security records may need to be retained for a justified reason. We will explain the relevant data, reason and duration; retention schedules and provider completion timings must be confirmed before public beta. No fixed unverified deletion period is promised.
If you cannot access your old email
Contact support and explain the problem. We will discuss a proportionate alternative verification route. We cannot release data or delete an account solely because someone supplies its public identifiers.
