Who we are and what this notice covers
Noble Nonsense Games is an independent Australian game studio operated by a sole trader. Contact us about this website, support correspondence or privacy enquiries at noblenonsensegames@gmail.com.
This notice covers noblenonsensegames.com and messages you choose to send to the studio. Game-specific privacy information and participation terms will be published before external beta access. This website does not provide game registration, purchases or downloads.
Visiting the website
Cloudflare hosts and delivers this website. To deliver pages, protect the service and investigate technical problems, hosting infrastructure processes network and request information such as IP addresses, requested URLs, timestamps, browser information and security events. We do not claim that visiting the site creates no personal information or provider logs.
We do not add advertising, analytics scripts, tracking pixels or external font services. Cloudflare may use security-related technologies or cookies when needed to provide and protect the service. Our own website scripts do not create tracking cookies or save reports in browser storage.
Email, feedback and account enquiries
If you contact us, we receive your sender address, your message and any attachments you choose to send. Our studio mailbox uses Google Gmail. We use this information to respond, investigate bugs and account issues, improve the game and handle privacy enquiries.
The feedback composer formats your report in your browser. It does not automatically submit or upload report text or attachments. Opening an email draft does not send it; you must review and send it through your email service. Copy your report before leaving the page if you want to keep it.
Account-deletion and personal-data requests begin by email and require separate verification before action. A public player ID or display name alone is insufficient. Sending a request is not confirmation that an account has been deleted or data exported.
Please send only information needed for your enquiry. Do not include passwords, authentication tokens, session tickets, payment-card details or other people's private information. Review screenshots and log excerpts before attaching them, and do not put sensitive information in website links.
Providers, access and overseas processing
Cloudflare processes website delivery and security information. Google processes studio email correspondence. Your own email provider also processes messages you send. These providers may process information outside Australia, including through global infrastructure; we do not promise that all information remains in Australia.
Studio access is limited to people authorised to handle support and operate the service. We use available access controls and HTTPS for the website. No security measure guarantees complete protection, and ordinary email is not an appropriate place to send account secrets or highly sensitive documents.
Retention
We retain correspondence and necessary issue records while needed to handle the enquiry and relevant operational, security or legal requirements. We review whether records remain necessary and remove or anonymise them when they are no longer required. Hosting, email backups and provider security records may have separate retention arrangements. We do not promise an unverified universal deletion period.
We aim to keep development tasks focused on the issue and remove player information before sharing any issue publicly. Contact us if you need information about a particular record or retention exception.
Your enquiries and choices
You can browse without creating a website account or sending us a report. Contact noblenonsensegames@gmail.com to ask about access, correction or deletion of information held about you, or to raise a privacy concern. We may need proportionate identity verification before providing information or acting on a request. We will explain relevant limits and respond within any applicable legal timeframe.
A parent or guardian may contact us about a child's information. Do not send identity documents unless we have separately discussed an appropriate, secure verification method.
Updates
We identify changes to this notice by version and effective date. Material changes will be explained on the website as appropriate. This notice describes information handling; reading it is not consent to optional processing.
