Include your platform, game version, what happened, what you expected and the steps that reproduce the issue. Share screenshots only after checking them for private information.
Never send passwords, authentication tokens or full payment details. Please report security concerns privately to this address.
Privacy and account requests
Our Account & Data Deletion page explains how to request deletion, access, correction or export without reinstalling the game. Requests are handled manually after identity verification.
